DEPOSIT-  We require the payment of a non-refundable deposit of one Hundred  Dollars at the time you select your puppy.  If you will be picking up your puppy, the blalance is due to me by the time the puppy turns 6 weeks old.

However, if it will be necessary that your puppy be shipped, the balance must be paid in full  PLUS the shipping costs must be paid two (2) weeks prior to shipment.

SHIPPING- Shipping costs are APPROXIMATELY  Three Hundred  Dollars (includes airfare - UP TO 50 lbs, including kennel (w/major airline within the continental United States) - a kennel and veterinarian's health certificate).

If necessary, we will ship our puppies, however, ONLY on a "Priority" basis - at the expense of the purchaser and in compliance with all restrictions and/or guidelines established by the commercial carrier for the shipment of live animals. QuikPak (Continental Airlines) or Priority Parcel (American Airlines) provide for the comfort and safety of the puppy - minimizing the flight time, as well as the time between flights and, thus, the time spent in the kennel. Shipping within the continental United States includes airfare, a kennel and a health certificate. WE WILL NOT SHIP "FREIGHT" or "CARGO". Puppies are shipped the weekend immediately FOLLOWING the date the puppies reach 8 weeks of age

*We can mail a copy of this contract to you if you are unable to print this out.

* You will need to sign our puppy contract and mail it to us . We  can fill in the top portion for you.

*You will not receive your puppy until you have signed our puppy contract and we have recieved it through the mail. you will also be giving a copy of this contract.
