This Australian Shepherd is sold in as is condition, with no warranties; either expressed or implied, and no guarantees other then that is stated in our health guarantee. So please read our health guarantee.

A deposit of $100.00 will be paid to hold your puppy for you. The deposit is non refundable.All puppies must be paid in full by 6 weeks of age. ALL MONEY ORDERS and payments must be made out payable to Dawn Thorn. If they are not the will be returned to you.We do not take any personal checks for any reason.

Puppies can be picked up at 8 weeks of age. If you are picking up your puppy, you must do
so by the time he or she is 9 weeks old. If you do not pick up your puppy by the time he or she is  
9 weeks old, there will be a fee of  $ 5.00 per day added to your puppy price until your puppy is picked up by you. This covers our cost of care, such as vaccinations, de-wormings, food, etc.

 Any discrepancies or disagreements with regards to this document must be
filed with a court of law in the State of Texas and the County of Hopkins.buyer will be responsible for all legal expenses incurred by Dawn Thorn  in any case filed by the buyer that is ruled in the favor of Dawn Thorn.
